Limited Warranty
Smart Breeze Systems’ whole house fans' housing and non mechanical parts are warranted to be free of defects in materials for a 10 year period from date of purchase. The motor is warranted for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. Smart Breeze Systems will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustments to any of its defective fan parts, after a Smart Breeze Systems’ inspection discloses any such defects occurring after normal usage after correct installation and operation. Smart Breeze Systems is not responsible for removal or installation costs of product.
Smart Breeze Systems has the right to void warranty if purchaser has altered the original installation or found that the product (fan) was not operated or installed according to specific instructions supplied by Smart Breeze Systems. This includes attaching any kind of thermostat to the system. This will void the warranty being the unit could be operating without the necessary “make up” air needed to operate the unit.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY. SMART BREEZE SYSTEMS DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
